Shipping & Returns

At The Alkaline Architect, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and making the return process as simple as possible.

Shipping Times

United States & Canada: 1–3 business days
Rest of World: 3–5 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Shipping times begin once your order has been fulfilled by our team.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

Unopened and sealed products only are eligible for return. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
Damaged or defective items are the exception — we will accept returns on opened products if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit equal to the value of your returned item. Store credit can be applied to any future order.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, you may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement product.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed.

How to Initiate a Return
