About the Architect
In 2017, I found myself in the hospital after eating fast food—specifically McDonald’s. I was only 17 years old, and I remember being confused, thinking: Why am I so young, yet feeling this sick?
Lying in that hospital bed, I made a promise to myself: I never want to feel like this again. I felt weak, drained, and honestly betrayed by the system that tells us eating animals builds strength—so why was I in the hospital?
When I got home, I began studying people like Dr. Sebi and Dr. Afrika. That’s when everything started to shift. I became more aware of what I was putting into my body and how it was affecting me on a deeper level. Watching Super Size Me was a turning point—the scenes showing how animals are treated and processed shook me to my core.
I also had a deeper realization: if animals run from being caught and eaten, that means they want to live. You don’t see fruit running away from you—it’s naturally there, ready to nourish you.
So I made a change.
When I transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle, I began to notice real results. My skin cleared up, I no longer felt heavy or sluggish after eating, and I experienced a new level of energy and clarity. But what shocked people the most was this:
I went from 115 pounds to 185 pounds—building real, natural strength.
That completely shattered the myth that being plant-based means being weak or frail. I wasn’t just surviving—I was thriving.
What I came to understand is that most people aren’t lacking food—they’re lacking minerals. When you grow up on a standard diet, your body can become depleted of the essential nutrients it actually needs to function, repair, and grow.
That realization is what led me to create The Alkaline Architect.
These formulas are designed to help replenish the body at a foundational level—supporting strength, energy, circulation, hormones, and mental clarity.
And whether you’re fully plant-based or not, I can confidently say this:
Adding the right minerals and nutrients into your routine can elevate your health—not just bring it back.
